I’ve had the opportunity to provide consulting services to over 10 government and private entities, delivering high-impact projects in business process management, institutional excellence, and strategic framework development. This includes enhancing and structuring value chains, documenting more than 500 business processes through 150+ facilitated workshops with 70+ stakeholder groups, and modeling over 600 processes using ARIS, BIC, and Visio. I’ve also designed risk registers, KPIs, and authority matrices for 400+ processes, delivered tailored training sessions on BPM systems, and contributed to national-level initiatives involving composite indicators and comprehensive current-state analysis.
